13 : All plant orders to Zambia are shipped with a phytosanitary certificate. To import plants into Zambia, you must obtain prior permission. A plant import permit is mandatory and must be obtained in advance from the Plant Quarantine and Phytosanitary Service (PQPS) under the Zambia Agricultural Research Institute (ZARI).
